Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump may want to step up his cybersecurity.

In a video posted Wednesday by computer hacking group Anonymous, the group is calling for help with an April Fool's Day online assault on Trump, who currently holds the most delegates in the race for the 2016 Republican nomination for president, with 673.

"Dear Donald Trump, we have been watching you for a long time and what we see is deeply disturbing," the individual wearing Anonymous's trademark Guy Fawkes mask says in the two-minute long video, before revealing a montage of Trump's controversial statement on the campaign trail lashing out at immigrants, women and anyone else who he disagrees with.

"Your inconsistent and hateful campaign has not only shocked the United States of America," the Anonymous video's narrator states in a computer-generated voice.

"You have shocked the entire planet with your appalling actions and ideas. You say what your audience wants to hear but in reality you don't stand for anything except for your personal greed and power."

Anonymous hackers claim to have already broken into Trump's voicemail and sent the audio footage to the website Gawker earlier this month. Back in December, the self-classified "Internet gathering" took credit for knocking Trump's official website offline.

The group asked for help in the April Fool's operation they refer to as #OpTrump in the video, asking supporters without hacking skills to simply share the video on social media.

"We are encouraging every able person with a computer watching this video to participate in this operation," the robotic voice in the Anonymous video states.

"You do not need to know how to hack to support this important operation...this is not a warning. This is a declaration of total war."
