Lack Of Updates On Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death ‘Raising Serious Questions?'

Bobbi Kristina Brown has not received any justice amid the lawsuit being filed against former boyfriend Nick Gordon as updates are being sought on the wrongful death claim by Brown's family.

This comes a year after Brown was found dead in her bathtub almost one year ago.

Brown, who was the daughter of deceased star Whitney Houston, died one month after a medically induced coma last year.

Entertainment Online quoted veteran lawyer Darryl Cohen regarding the case.

In an interview, Cohen said the lack of updates on Bobbi Kristina Brown's death a year after the incident is suspicious.

"The lack of a decision to move forward with an indictment or charges raises 'serious questions,'" Cohen was cited in the E! post regarding Brown's death.

"What types of evidence are they analyzing and why is it taking them this long? That is a big 'Why' to me," Cohen was quoted as saying. "Is there a smoking gun and it is taking a long time to analyze or is there a witness they are searching for?"

Cohen lamented that there needed to be much needed updates on the case of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death even if it does not have a statute of limitations.

Perez Hilton said that friends and family, including Nick Gordon, are still mourning over the 22-year-old's death.

In a post, Bobby Kristina and Nick Gordon's friend Mason Whitaker was quoted as saying that "Not a day goes by that I don't think about her and the amazing influence she had on my life. Her vibrant spirit will live on forever. It devastates me to think the world won't be able to experience the amazing person she was."

Gordon, for his part, was reportedly mourning Bobbi Kristina Brown's death in private.

A news update from People Magazine, meanwhile, quoted Mason as saying that Bobbi Kristina Brown's family and friends will fondly remember her as a fan of the "Hunger Games."
