Diablo 3 Update: Difficulty Level Too Hard? Game Will Also ‘Destroy’ Console?
A Diablo 3 update was released last month and apparently, the latest features included will test how good the gamers are.
Youth Health Mag reported that in the patch 2.4.0 update, new dungeons were made available and based on reviews, these stages were unlike any normal rift. It was reported that the newest addition were harder to complete as these are static realms that can indeed challenge the player’s skills.
Senior Game Designer Alex Sulman shared on the Diablo Battlenet blog that each player will be given the chance to gauge their capabilities using a sort of yardstick. It was reportedly made as such so players will have a goal to complete and achieve. With this update, it was reported that record keeping will become a possibility, making players challenge their own scores.
Unfortunately, Tech Times reported that while the Diablo 3 update looks promising, most gamers using Xbox One or PlayStation 4 were apparently complaining of performance problems.
Gamers shared experiencing framerate drops, cropping, input lags, and the game was reportedly even crashing after the patch update is done. Most of the disgruntled gamers took their complaints in the Blizzard’s Battlenet forum in order for the developer to take note of their concerns.

While it was reported that most gamers thought it was a server issue, some users also reported that they had been encountering the issues even when offline. Andrew Kauz, the Diablo 3 forum community manager, reportedly asked users to provide additional information for Blizzard to fully address the issue.
It was reported that the Diablo 3 update issues are yet to be fixed by Blizzard for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users. Apparently, PC users were immune from the problems as no user has reportedly complained about the update.
