Nintendo News: NX Confirmed For Holiday 2016; Can It Save The Company From The Wii U Failure?
There are several exciting Nintendo news circulating around the Internet, but the hottest and the highly anticipated piece of confirmation has got to be the release of the NX gaming console.
Yibada reported that the latest Nintendo game device will be released during Holiday 2016 and will apparently come with a new Zelda title as a preloaded game. It was also reported that the NX will replace the currently flop Wii U.
This fantastic Nintendo news was also confirmed by other legitimate blog sites like the Nintendo Insider and NintenGen. What more, the reported preloaded Zelda game, aptly called “Zelda NX,” will be a home console as it is apparently going to be a launch window game.
With the date coming closer, many experts and gamers can’t help but compare the upcoming Nintendo NX to the Nintendo Wii U. Tech Times reported the possible cause of Wii U failure is the game titles that can be played on it, specifically the “Legend of Zelda” game.
Many critics believe that when fans were promised a Zelda game compatible to the Wii U but as it did not come true, there had been a cold reception from those who already bought the console. While a reported link may be the best way to salvage the gaming device, the best tactic is diversion, hence the reported earlier release of the Nintendo NX.
With a rumored “Unity and Unreal Engine 4 support,” the Nintendo NX may be the best gaming console to hit the market, Nintendo Insider wrote. With projects like “Tekken 7,” “Kingdom Hearts III,” and “Final Fantasy” using the Unreal Engine 4, fans will surely go berserk once the NX is released.
