New Bon Jovi Album 'This House Is Not For Sale' Release Date Set For March 2016

Bon Jovi fans have been waiting for the release date of "This House Is Not For Sale," the group's new album and the follow-up to 2015's "Burning Bridges."

The band hasn't announced anything yet regarding an exact release date, although website Ultimate Classic Rock claims that the new album will drop next month. 

Frontman Jon Bon Jovi spoke about the group's 14th studio album at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur. The "You Give Love A Bad Name" singer mentioned that the band is recording in the studio where they created the seminal album "Runaway." 

"We were recording at different times and different rooms in the studio," Bon Jovi, 53, said. "That's not happening anymore. We went back to the place where we cut 'Runaway' in 1982 - where I used to sweep the floor and fetch coffee."

The studio, the Power Station in Manhattan, New York was owned by the frontman's cousin Tony Bongiovi.

"When I wrote 'Runaway' in 1982, my viewpoint wasn't that big, but with every record and passing decade of our career, we evolve," Jon Bon Jovi explained. "We keep our eyes open, let information in and write about the world around us.

The last album "Burning Bridges" was released in order to fullfill Bon Jovi's contractual obligation to long-time record label Mercury, whom they are parting ways with after 30-years.

"Burning Bridges" mentions on the group's split with the label with the lyric, "After 30 years of loyalty, they let you dig the grave / Now maybe you can learn to sing or strum along / Well I'll give you half the publishing / You're why I wrote this song."

Speaking to Billboard about the split, Bon Jovi said, "This hits it right in the head and tells you what happened. Listen to the lyrics because it explains exactly what happened. And that's that."
