Camila Cabello And Shawn Mendes Can’t Deny Their Chemistry! Should They Just Date Already?

After releasing their duet last year, fans of Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes have been staunchly supporting the possibility that they would end up dating each other in real life.

The rumored couple performed their collaboration song, " I Know What You Did Last Summer" on The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last Feb. 16, and according to Popsugar thought they were "so in sync."

Despite denying dating rumors that have been swirling around the two young musicians, their chemistry was too strong on stage.

"It's impossible to deny their onstage chemistry, which probably explains the constant dating rumors surrounding these two," the article suggested.

Just like the fanfare with Austin Mahone before they actually came out and admitted their relationship, avid followers of Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes are hoping that they would end up together someday as well.

Being fellow songwriters, experiencing love and dating could be good for the both of them.

However, both parties continued to deny any connection that's more than a close friendship.

"We are just friends," Mendes already insisted to Entertainment Tonight last December. "We're not dating."

"He's like, one of my best friends. He's," Cabello reiterated.

She also recently reiterated her denial of being Mendes' girlfriend to Seventeen Magazine.

"Shawn and I are great friends," she pointed out. "That's why we write so well together - we have fun!"

Camila Cabello also clarified that her duet with the singer was "not a career move" nor was she considering leaving Fifth Harmony for good.

If they aren't dating, it's good to know that there's no tension between them with all the rumors swirling around about them.

Just Jared reported that they were seen mingling with each other at the Republic Records' Grammys After Party last Monday. Joining them was Cabello's girl group, Fifth Harmony.
