Jana Duggar News, Update: Star Still 'Cinderella', Waiting For TLC Spinoff Show After Tim Tebow Romance Stunt?
Almost a year after "19 Kids and Counting" was cancelled in the wake of Josh Duggar's molestation scandal, many fans are looking for updates about a Duggar sibling who chooses to stay away from the limelight most of the time - Jana Duggar.
How is Jana Duggar doing now and is she being set up by her father Jim Bob Duggar for courtship with any guy after a purported stunted romance with Tim Tebow?
With younger sisters Jill and Jessa nurturing a family of their own, is the oldest Duggar sister somewhat feeling left out?
Back in 2014, it has been rumored that Jana Duggar's parents were purportedly hoping for a blooming romance between him and Tim Tebow. Many fans have welcomed the idea, especially since both of them subscribe to the same faith.
Furthermore, E! Online reported that Tim Tebow also reportedly comes from a big family of five siblings, which could make him relate more to Jana Duggar who is used to being with the brood of "19 Kids and Counting".
"He's the baby of the family, but he's extremely close with his four older siblings: Christy, Katie, Robby and Peter," E! Reported in a previous update. "Chances are, both Jana and Tim will want the same big family dynamic when it comes time to reproduce themselves!"
However, it seems that their connection didn't deepen, as Tim Tebow was later linked to former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo.
After Josh Duggar's scandals and "19 Kids and Counting" cancellation, fans are hoping for Jana to score a spinoff show just like Jill and Jessa who starred in a TLC mini-series "Jill and Jessa: Counting On."
However, the family clarified that the oldest Duggar sister will not be having her own show, as reported by The Hollywood Gossip.
Right now, the only avenue for fans to know the latest news about Jana is through the Duggar Family blog, which doesn't seem to publish that much stories about her.
"19 Kids and Counting" fans continued to monitoring updates on Jana Duggar's whereabouts, as well as Josh Duggar's stint in a "faith-rehab" facility in Colorado following his scandals.
