Sean Penn Misses Charlize Theron's Love & Support Amid Criticisms Over El Chapo Interview?
Sean Penn has been facing criticism ever since his controversial interview with Joaquín Guzmán Loera, popularly known as El Chapo, October last year. Does the actor wish he had the support of Charlize Theron amid the stones being cast at him?
According to a report, Sean Penn was purportedly spotted having dinner solo on Valentine's night.
"The two-time Academy Award winner was seen standing by himself at the shore side Nobu Restaurant in Malibu taking a drag on a post-meal cigarette," Daily Mail reported.
"The former husband of Madonna and Robin Wright was dressed ultra-casually, sporting a brown leather jacket, red and green plaid button-down, with an untucked white v-neck underneath."

A source previously dished out that Charlize Theron has been moving on from her relationship with the actor quite fine.
"To be involved with Sean is a full time job. He is a spectacular human being but he can be tiring in his seriousness and lack of having fun," an insider told Hollywood Life last year.
"Charlize was seeing that it was just too intense for her and she needed a breather. She still loves him and respects him to the fullest but she just needed to get out of his intense atmosphere. She is still very young at heart and he plays things by the book."
Some speculate that Sean Penn could use somebody to lean on these days, following his much talked-about encounter with El Chapo, inciting disapproval from most critics.
"Penn's error was not in doing the interview, nor was it that he refrained from judgment," Newsweek wrote about the actor's meetings with El Chapo last year. "It was arriving unprepared, unable to ask complex questions. It was a lack of awareness."
Charlize Theron is yet to comment on criticisms hurled at her ex-fiance.
In 2013, Charlize Theron and Sean Penn started going out and got engaged a year after. It was only last year that they called it quits for good.
