‘Godzilla Resurgence’ Spoilers: Return To Form Seen With Toho’s Latest Incarnation Of Iconic Monster
The teaser trailer and set photos of the anticipated "Godzilla: Resurgence" promise fans who were disappointed with the 2014 American version a return to the original form of the iconic monster, according to latest spoilers about the upcoming film.
Escapist Magazine said that Toho's "biggest Godzilla yet" would be reimagined as a CG monster but will retain its traditional rubbery costume form.
The production outfit will reportedly bring in the special effects skills of Shinji Higuchi ("Attack on Titan") to bring more life into the monster.
The magazine said this Godzilla "more terrifying than ever before."
Recently, the production released a teaser trailer that showed a contemporary world being attacked by a giant monster. You can view the trailer here.
The spoilers claimed that Godzilla will have three forms throughout "Godzilla: Resurgence," with his face and body looking burnt and scarred being his first incarnation throughout the film.
"I've been told that by his third form, he should look like a much more standard Godzilla," Escapist Magazine added.
Speculating on the plot details, spoilers from Bloody Disgusting also said that the monster in "Godzilla: Resurgence," the 29th film of the Toho franchise, will have three forms.
The suit for to be used for "Godzilla: Resurgence" was also reportedly twice the size of an average human.
Movie Web, in a post, said that a Twitter user revealed possible set images of Godzilla in several photos, which revealed a bloody version of the more familiar version different from the 90s and 2014 incarnations.
"It isn't immediately clear where Cooper Castille obtained these images, but hopefully we'll see even more from this monster soon, as we get closer and closer to the July 29, 2016 release date," the article said.
The set photos of a meaner Godzilla were also released by The Daily Mail.
According to Food World News, "Godzilla: Resurgence" will be recreated using computer graphics technology. It also added spoilers on the plot which will cover "disastrous terrorist attacks and natural disasters in recent years."
