‘Glee’ Star Mark Salling’s Child Porn Case Blowing Up? Raised To Federal Court?

"Glee" star Mark Salling was arrested for having hundreds of child pornography paraphernalia in his Los Angeles home. 

Later, he was able to post a $20,000 bail and went back to his old routine like nothing happened. 

However, with the case reportedly being turned over to the Federal Court already, will he grow more anxious this time around?

Just a few days before he went on trial for the reported offense, the 33-year-old was spotted going to the gym looking very relaxed. 

Could his chilled expression be because the State of California reportedly dropped the charges for the TV star?

According to Crime Watch Daily, however, "Glee" star Mark Salling's has to take the accusation seriously already. Although the charges were dropped in California, it could most likely be passed on to Federal Court, which will entail "much harsher penalties" for the actor.

It's fortunate then that LA's top criminal defense attorney Dmitry Gorin will be representing him in this case, the site further reported.

How he will be defended by Gorin has not been revealed as of press time.

Despite a good lawyer backing him up, it seems that majority of the people around him were already convinced of his guilt.

"I don't know whether he's guilty of what he's been charged with, but I think there's got to be some sort of substance to the allegations," Salling's supposed friend of 13 years, Hudson Wells, reportedly revealed. "I don't think the police would have gone to his house and taken him to jail if he was completely innocent."

There were also reports that a former girlfriend gave LAPD the tip.

"Mark was always chasing after the youngest girls at parties," another insider further claimed. "And when there were younger kids on set, he lit up and was very friendly to them. That doesn't mean someone is a pedophile, but now, looking back, it makes me shudder."

It's still unknown whether or not "Glee" star Mark Salling will be jailed or not.
