Dave Franco's Fiancé Alison Brie's Wedding Dress Bought Online? Actress Release Statement!
Dave Franco and Alison Brie just might be the most laid-back engaged couple in Hollywood! In a new interview, the "How to Be Single" actress said she might skip the expensive designer wedding dresses and don something she just bought online!
"I'm not very bridal, instinctually," Brie told Yahoo Style. "Marriage never really interested me, I guess because I was very focused on my work. I wasn't sure if I really saw the point to it. I bought a dress on Net-a-Porter, and I'm like, 'Maybe I'll wear that.'"
Alison Brie previously shared that she and husband-to-be Dave Franco have not started wedding-planning yet, which led some fans to think they might not get married at all this year.
However, the "How To Be Single" star said that she and the "Now You See Me 2" actor are just not that fussy about weddings.
"We don't go out of our way, we just don't flaunt it," Brie said. "I just met that person that I was like, 'Well, I'm really in love with you and would like to grow old with you.' I actually think it's much more romantic when two people are like, 'Oh, I could go either way on marriage, but I want to marry you.'"
"We're very mellow about the whole thing," Alison Brie said of her engagement and soon-to-be-weddding with Dave Franco in an interview last week. "We're like it's gonna happen we'll figure it out. We'll get there!"
Back in September, the "How To Be Single" actress gushed about her fiancé, who proposed to her last August.
"I have an incredible fiancé," Brie gushed to People Magazine. "He's so wonderful. He's just the sweetest man I know. And he's so funny and incredible in every way."
Alison Brie and Dave Franco have reportedly been dating for four years now.
