Lindsay Lohan Posts Instagram Tribute For Her Mom, Taking Back Previous 'I'm Done' Rant?
Lindsay Lohan posted an Instagram tribute for her mom, Dina Lohan. The photo uploaded by the 29-year-old movie star makes it seem like she is taking back her previous rant about how she is "done" with her infamous "momager."
An image shared by the actress last weekend showed her 53-year-old mother in an Andy Warhol-inspired layout. The picture was reportedly created by the actress' younger sister, Ali Lohan.
"My pretty mama!" the former Disney talent captioned the post. "[I] love your nice photo of mommy sis @alianalohan."
Some of Lindsay Lohan's 4.2 million followers commented on her tribute, saying that Dina Lohan is very attractive.
"Lindsay, your mother looks very young!" one fan wrote.
"Dina wins hot mom award!" another comment read. "MILF of the century!"
However, some of Lindsay Lohan's Instagram followers were quick to remind the former child star of her turbulent relationship with Dina Lohan.
"The mommy who only calls you when she wants something," one person scoffed, alongside other comments dubbing their mother-and-daughter relationship as "dysfunctional."
Prior to gushing about her mother on social media, Lindsay made news a few weeks ago when she posted a weird illustration that seemingly dissed Dina Lohan.
The since-deleted image was reported by Us Weekly, which showed a Bitmoji version of the "Mean Girls" star dropping her phone.
The words "I'm done" were posted across the odd cartoon.
The caption of Lindsay Lohan's Instagram rant fueled speculations that she and Dina Lohan were bumping heads again. "Sometimes it sucks when your mom isn't there for you," she wrote alongside the post.
The troubled relationship of Lindsay Lohan and her mother has long been documented by media. Just last year, the two filed a defamation lawsuit in New York in line with an NBC talk show that accused them of doing cocaine together.
The issue was reported by USA Today, which stemmed from an on-air discussion between Sean Hannity and Michelle Fields during the former's TV show.
The two were talking about celebrity drug overdoses, then mentioned how Lindsay and Dina Lohan allegedly did cocaine together.
The hosts also claimed that the controversial movie star could soon join the list of celebrities who would die from drug-related causes.
