Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt's paths might purportedly cross once again as the actor purportedly working to get Justin Theroux in his upcoming movie.
"Brad's made a major pitch to Justin, dangling big money - plus a possible Oscar nomination - in his face!" a source reportedly told National Enquirer, as quoted by Celeb Dirty Laundry.
"Justin's thrilled, really wants to work with Brad - and couldn't wait to tell Jen his 'exciting news!' But Jen hit the roof! Now that she's out of her ex's bed, she's horrified at the though of New Hubby cozily creeping back in with Old Lover!" the insider added.
"Jen's stunned that Brad's created this nightmare - and she's furious with star-struck Justin!"
It may be a strange coincidence that rumors about Brad Pitt wanting to get closer to Jennifer Aniston through Justin Theroux comes amid speculations that Pitt and Angelina Jolie are purportedly having marriage problems.
According to earlier reports, Brad Pitt is purportedly not very happy that Angelina Jolie chose to ditch him at the Golden Globe awards - an event that Jennifer Aniston attended with her husband, Justin Theroux.
Brad Pitt's film "The Big Short" was nominated, while Jennifer Aniston was also nominated in the Best Drama Actress category.
"Brad feels like she [Angelina Jolie] could give him more of her support this awards season," a source told Hollywood Life. "He isn't going to demand that she be with him for the Oscar's but it bothers him that she's considering not going."
Ironically, Jennifer Aniston was spotted enjoying some PDA with Justin Theroux that night.
"Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux were hand in hand the entire time at the HBO party," a party insider told Hollywood Life in a separate report.
"They were showing major PDA and cuddling in between talking to a few people. It was very cute, there is no trouble at all with these two. They really were all about it," the source added.
Brad Pitt is yet to address rumors that he's using Justin Theroux to get closer to Jennifer Aniston.
