According to the source of Radar Online, the 34-year-old "Crazy in Love" singer and 46-year-old rapper and record producer have already "negotiated 50-50 custody terms, plus trust funds for their daughter Ivy and any future children, along with who gets what property and possessions if they separate."
It was revealed that in the "ironclad post-nup" of Beyonce and Jay Z, which is now reportedly being finalized, details of their $1 billion combined assets are being discussed should they decide to live separate lives via a divorce. And what could be more interesting is the fact that the division of fortune was allegedly detailed "right down to the last dime."
While the couple already has a pre-nup agreement, some updating must be done since "so much has happened in terms of their empire."
