'The View' Host Raven Symone Fired From Show? Star Expresses Opinion On Jaden Smith's Androgyny!
"The View" host Raven Symone is now rumored to have been fired following her prolonged absence in the show.
Raven Symone last appeared on the talk show for Martin Luther King Jr. Day but was not present the next episode. Her co-host Whoopi Goldberg claimed that she was just not feeling well, The Hollywood Take said in a report.
This started speculations from the show's followers, as they asked if Raven Symone is no longer part of the show.
"So is raven out? please explain..." a commenter said on its Facebook page.
"Where is Raven, why has she been absent from the View table?" one commenter asked.
But one confessed that having "The View" without Raven Symone was better, Eurweb said in a report.
"I know I will get hate comments but I have really liked the show since Raven have been absent," commenter Adrianne Gant said. "I hope she is well but the show has been 100% better without her with all due respect."
"I'm glad that she's gone!! Less idiocy to listen to!!" Charles J. Saunders XV said.
Raven Symone has faced a number of criticisms for her stint as host in "The View" following her fearless opinions on matters.
Just recently, the host aired her opinion about being an American. She said that she no longer classifies herself as an African-American and only an American.
"I'm an American!" she said in one of the episodes. "I've been here too long to not just hold American."
In 2014, the host and former Disney star has already raised eyebrows when she made a similar comment regarding race.
However, the show's producers kept the host as her opinions "bring some life back" into the show.
Meanwhile, Raven Symone also aired her side about Jaden Smith's androgyny style which gathered confusion among the hosts. She said that Jaden Smith's pose for Louis Vuitton's latest collection does not represent the average woman.
