Google Android 6.0 Marshmallow is the latest update of the mobile operating system that offers extension features and better functionality.

Android Marshmallow, coded as Android "M", was initially released in October of last year.

Google already rolled out the update in certain devices but there were only a tiny fraction of users who stuck with new OS. However, it has been reported that there was a significant increase in the percentage of users who updated their devices earlier this year.

And Smartphone manufacturers have jumped on the bandwagon as they already announced their plans of pushing it out earlier this year which could really increase the usage growth of Android Marshmallow 6.0.

Among manufacturer's devices which installed the Android 6.0.1 update are Google's Nexus 5x, Nexus 6P and other Nexus devices, Samsung, LG, Asus, HTC, Huawei, Motorola, Nvidia and Sony Xperia.

What sets different Google Android 6.0 Marshmallow apart from other Android history version is mainly because of "Now on Tap" and "Android Pay".

"Now on Tap," featuring "Google Now," is billed to be more accessible and helpful compared before. It provides users with extra information in addition to the task that they are currently doing on the phone screen.

While "Android Pay" will help users make purchases at any participating store using NFC chip. They can use it through in-app purchases.

On top of all that, Android-dependent users can now install Google Android 6.0 Marshmallow into a Windows PC and run it like a tablet or smartphone. But they need to install Android-x68 from Sourceforge, GParted and UNetbootin first into the laptop or PC, in order to use that function.

After setting up the computer with the guide on how to install the Google Android 6.0 Marshmallow, an individual can now take advantage of what the new update could offer either through their mobile phone or PC.
