MacBook Pro 2016 Rumors: Notebook To Be ‘Completely Redesigned’; Apple Working On New Specs

As Macbook Pro users have been on the look for news, or even rumors, about some enhancements that will arrive in 2016, a certain report has revealed that the notebook computers of Apple will finally experience redesigning.

In its report, Know Your Mobile disclosed that the MacBook Pro unit will be "completely redesigned" this year, while it pointed out that it has never "seen a redesign since 2012."

Accordingly, the redesigning of the MacBook Pro, which has been presumed to be more on the specs, will have its users experience the speed and other benefits of Skylake processors and USB-C ports.

It was also noted that the company, based on the report of DigiTimes, is now in the process of preparing for the supposed release of 12-inch MacBook during the first or second quarter of 2016. Meanwhile, rumors claimed that the 15-inch variants would arrive in the third quarter. However, the rumors did not specify if these models will be for the MacBook Pro or Air.

In the meantime, it can be recalled that in the previous article of Korea Portal, it was mentioned that MacBook Pro will get the sixth generation Skylake chip as rumors say that it will be released by June 2016.

With such upgrade, its patrons will enjoy 10 to 20 percent increase in CPU speed and 40 percent improvement in graphic performance.

On the other hand, 9To5Mac shared that Apple CEO Tim Cook expressed excitement "over future products coming out of the software, services, and hardware divisions, while teasing some 'far-off' hardware announcements coming beyond this year."

The report added that "Apple is using Apple Music on Android as a way of testing the waters for growing its services division through other platforms, opening up the door for more porting in the future," another exciting development which Cook announced during a Town Hall meeting.
