Guns N' Roses Reunion Tour News Update: Band Takes Gig To Mexico City, To Play On April 19

The Guns N' Roses reunion tour will not start until April, and now the band announced that it has added Mexico into its list of venue.
The band is expected to play in Mexico City, which will be their first gig outside of the United States.
The upcoming Guns N' Roses reunion will feature three of the bands iconic members - vocalist Axl Rose and guitarists Duff McKagan and Slash.
According to Loud Wire, Guns N' Roses will take their electrifying gig to Mexico City's famed Foro Sol venue on Apr. 19. This will come after their reunion tour officially kicks off at the Coachella festival.
However, the band confirmed that before their Coachella festival appearance, they will also have two gigs in Las Vegas. The Sin City show will reportedly usher the new T-Mobile Arena.
Several news outlets noted that the pre-tour gig will also mark the trio's first on-stage appearance since 1993.
With the Gun N' Roses reunion tour already in place, fans are eager to know who will man the drums in the band's highly-anticipated gig.
According to NME, both Izzy Stradlin and Matt Sorum have expressed their interest in joining the trio. The two iconic band members are allegedly open to share the stage with each other band members for as long as they bury their old issues.
The reunion tour also marks the renewed friendship between Axl Rose and Slash. The two have endured nearly two decades of bad blood and their reconciliation is what jumpstarted their upcoming show.
In an interview with CBS, Slash said, "I've got to be careful with what I say there. I mean, if everybody wanted to do it and do it for the right reasons, I think the fans would love it. I think it might be fun at some point to try and do that."
