’19 Kids And Counting’ Star Josh Duggar To Resume Life In Limelight After Rehab? Spinoff In The Works
"19 Kids And Counting" star Josh Duggar's release date from the rehab facility is supposedly coinciding with the filming of the TLC reality show spinoff.
Reportedly, the "19 Kids And Counting" spinoff will reportedly chronicle the attempts of Jana Duggar, 26, to get a boyfriend. Jim Bob and Michelle's eldest daughter is still single while her younger siblings are already married and have babies as well, reported by Inquisitr.
The TLC camera crew was recently spotted with the Duggar family at several locations of their home state of Arkansas. Some Duggar family ladies, including Jana and Josh Duggar's wife, Anna, were seen shopping in a thrift store and a lumberyard, purchasing wood to make a tree house.
The scandal surrounding Josh Duggar was the main reason why "19 Kids And Counting" got cancelled in May last year.
The reports claimed that as a teenager, Josh had molested five underage girls, including few of his own sisters.
This led to multiple advertisers pulling out their support from the show, and the network's had to drop one of its biggest moneymakers.
A few months later, Josh Duggar got embroiled in another controversy when he admittted that he cheated on his wife, Anna Duggar, and got addicted to pornography, according to Gospel Herald.
Josh checked himself into the faith-based rehab center in Rockford, Illinois in August last year for his sex and pornography addiction. The duration of his rehab program is six months, which means he will be out by the end of February, noted Design & Trend.
Josh Duggar was also sued by porn star Danica Dillion for reportedly beating her up during a sexual encounter.
"Danica Dillon wants to dismiss her lawsuit, but there's a catch. She wants the option to refile at some point in the future," TMZ reported.
To date, however, the report about Josh Duggar appearing on the "19 Kids & Counting" spinoff has not been confirmed by TLC.
