Did Carrie Underwood's Baby Make Her Less Attractive? American Idol Star Speaks Up!
Carrie Underwood confessed that her baby has changed her a lot. In a recent interview with People, the "American Idol" alum spoke up about how she is no longer fun and adventurous, which many men supposedly find attractive.
The country star said this change is evident from her recent vacation trips with her husband, NHL star Mike Fisher, where they bring along their 11-month-old son, Isaiah Fisher.
"Now it's so important for me to find things that are family friendly," Carrie Underwood said. "I never really had to think about that until having a child."
"Before, (my husband) Mike (Fisher) and I would go wherever we wanted to go, and we never really gave it a second thought. But now, I'm like, 'Well, does this hotel have what we'll need for kids? Is it the right place to take him?'" she detailed.
Because of Carrie Underwood's baby, the 32-year-old admitted that their outings are now more carefully planned out. Among the things they consider are whether their child will be entertained and safe during the trip.
"I'm like, 'Okay, where are we going to go? What are we going to do when we're there?'" the Grammy-winning diva said. "It's a lot different."
Christianity Today also reported about the said interview, where Carrie Underwood said a baby changes pretty much all individuals - not just superstars like her.
"Sure, we all have different jobs and lives and amounts of kids, and all that stuff," she said. "But really, at the end of the day, we're all moms and dads and families."
According to a previous report from Taste of Country, the "Something In the Water" singer also shared how her son has changed her morning routines.
An Instagram photo recently uploaded by Carrie Underwood showed baby Isaiah on a rug surrounded with toys while watching Disney's "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" on TV. Alongside the image, the mother-of-one shared how she is happy with the new way that she starts her day.
"I used to watch the news in the mornings," Carrie Underwood captioned the picture. "Now I sit in the floor with my cup of coffee and this munchkin and sing the "Hot Dog" song!"
"I think like it better this way!" she added.
