'Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' Trial Gets 150 Million Hits; 'The Sound Of Four' Detailed
Ahead of the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" official launch, its trial version reportedly surged to over 150 million downloads, according to 4Gamer.
The Japanese gaming website said that the trial version has been released along with "Chapter Creation" wherein players can access whole story mode as it features battles between primary Hokage and Senju pillars on battle of Madara.
As for added creatures, the most requested "The Sound of Four" characters were confirmed as playable but it will arrive as a post-launch dlc, PS LifeStyle reported.
"I know that these characters have been highly requested for a long time and we are excited to finally bring them to our fans," CyberConnect 2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama explained about the upcoming playable characters, as quoted by PS LifeStyle.
"We have been hard at work to make sure that The Sound Four are very unique to play as. The team has been pouring over countless manga issues and anime episodes to create the best versions of The Sound Four possible!"
In addition to the "The Sound of Four" dlc, Bandai Namco confirmed that "Naruto Shippudden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will feature three upcoming dlcs.
It was announced on Twitter that the first dlc will feature Boruto and Naruto's combination technique. Meanwhile, the second reportedly adds Naruto's 7th Hokage costume and Sasuke's Wandering Shinobi costume.
Players who have pre-ordered the game will get the above mentioned dlc packs as a bonus.
On the other hand, its paid season pass will add expansion to players' "combination techniques, costumes, ninja info cards, voice, costumes from previous Naruto games and extra playable characters," according to Attack of the Fanboy.
Saiyan Island reported that the season will include a roster of over 103 characters when released with additional characters through dlc.
It was already confirmed that Hanabi, Boruto, Sarada, The Last Naruto and The Last Sasuk will arrive via extension packs as revealed on "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" latest gameplay video.
"Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm 4" is slated for a release on Feb. 5 for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
