Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Divorce Rumors Continue; Marriage Hurt By Actress’ ‘Dark Demons’?
Amidst the divorce rumors that continue to haunt Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's marriage, news surfaced that the actress' has "dark demons" that affect their relationship.
"Angie has some serious dark demons that have never entirely let go and it is still affecting her life and marriage," a source told The Hollywood Life. "Her wild lifestyle when she was younger and her intense surgeries to avoid getting breast and ovarian cancer have taken a toll on her as a person and a life partner."
The insider added that Angelina Jolie sometimes wanted to put herself in isolation and "pull away" from Brad Pitt and their kids.
"It is impossible to be entirely free from who she once was," the insider said.
The report also added that Brad Pitt was initially attracted to her dark side but Angelina Jolie later on pulls him away of her.
Due to this, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's marriage has been marred with divorce rumors since last year, especially when they filmed "By The Sea."
The "Maleficent" actress even told Ok! magazine, as reported by Design & Trend, that they "tested" their relationship through the movie.
"It was our way of testing ourselves," she said. "We knew that if we could get through this, we'd come out even stronger and happier. And we did."
"By the Sea," which was their first movie together as a married couple, is about a wife & a husband who were struggling with their marriage. The characters then traveled to an island in France to find reconciliation on their relationship.
Despite rumors that "By The Sea" was a reflection of their real-life marriage, Angelina Jolie took on her firm stand that she and Brad Pitt are in good terms.
