'Elder Scrolls 6' Release Date, News And Updates: Game Confirmed Under Development; Bethesda Strives To Release It Soon

Fans of the highly anticipated game "Elder Scrolls 6" have been waiting for news and updates about the game, wondering if it will be released as scheduled. Some are reportedly perplexed towards Bethesda as it was not released last year.

Bethesda was expected to release the "Elder Scrolls 6" last year as they usually release TES every after 4 years, but it turned out that the gaming company focused their attention to "Fall Out 4."

Pete Hines has already confirmed that "Elder Scrolls 6" is under development.

"It's rare to have franchises like the ones we have and to have people joking about 'when is Skyrim 2 coming out?' The reason they say that is because generally speaking that's what you'd be getting with another publisher in charge," Hines revealed to Telegraph in an interview.

He also revealed that they have been working on the greatest developments for the game. It usually take him a lot of time and effort to create a quality game.

"They'd be spitting out a Skyrim 2 the year after or two years later. That's just not how we view it. We're not the sort of publisher that focuses on 'what's our 25 titles for 2015'," he added.

Cross Map has recently reported that Hines told DualShockers at the Gamescom 2015 that "Elder Scrolls 6" will not be released anytime soon.

"Hines mentioned that he doesn't think we're close to hear about the next Elder Scrolls," Cross Map quoted. "Currently Bethesda is working on Fallout 4, and that takes the entire studio, which is 100% focused on it."

Bethesda has not released any details about the game just yet which leaves the followers a cliffhanger.
