Timothy Bradley Speaks Of 'Evil' Game Plan In Fight No. 3 Against Manny Pacquiao This April
The press tour for the Manny Pacquiao - Timothy Bradley fight number 3 may have just begun but one of them is already deep in his game plan.
Bradley, Ring Magazine's world no. 4 and #10 pound for pound, hinted he that knows how to defeat Pacman who he beat once before. He revealed he will target the Filipino boxing icon's once injured shoulder.
"I think the answer would be-what would you do? C'mon lets think here," he said in an interview with Boxing Scene.
"You are a smart guy. What would you do? Would you target that shoulder? What would you do? I will do whatever it takes to win."
It can be remembered that after his defeat to Floyd Mayweather, Jr. last May, Pacman revealed that he fought with an injured shoulder. This injury is the same reason why he failed to secure a bout at the end of last year.
The Manny Pacquiao - Timothy Bradley fight 3 will take place on April 9 and according to Top Rank CEO and Pacman's promoter, Bob Arum, the latter has nothing to lose in this fight.
"If he loses, life goes on. It's not the end of the world," said Arum according to a report by Inquirer. "But if he wins, it will enhance his legacy and boost his marketability."
Timothy Bradley is expected to bring an exciting fight to his number 3 match-up against Manny Pacquiao as Arum also said they expect a different Bradley in the upcoming match.
"Bradley was a different fighter in the fight with Rios," the promoter said as per Yahoo Sports.
"He had a different style, a different game plan and he performed differently. If he'd have stayed with Joel Diaz and we'd put him in with Pacquiao a third time, the criticism of this fight would no doubt be justified."
He added, "But he's a different guy under Atlas. Does being with Atlas change him enough to make him more competitive with Pacqiuao? I think yes, but we'll have to see."
