'Agent X' Not Really Cancelled? Storyline Rumors Claim Series Not Yet Over

It's now almost a month since the finale of the first season of "Agent X" aired but contrasting rumors have surfaced whether the series is going to be cancelled or renewed.
Naturally, that contributed to a lot of anxiety among the fans of the show who went so far as telling anyone who would dare listen a list of reasons why "Agent X" should have a second season.
Some of these "Agent X" rumors are pointing to the show's unfinished storyline as the finale left several questions that needed answers.
One of the latest "Agent X" spoilers is about the character of Olga Petrovka, a reluctant collaborator to the show's main protagonist. The biggest question for fans is the exact whereabouts of Petrovka who was last seen being spirited away after she helped John Case clear a hostage situation at the Paris Opera House.
For some fans, Petrovka's storyline is interesting and deserves to be expounded should the show continue with a second season, according to Hidden Remote.
Another unfinished storyline in "Agent X" that should convince the network as to why the show should not be cancelled is from the character of Malcolm.
In the show's episodes, Malcolm's character was seen surrendering to the opposing faction in order to help Case, Petrovka and the dignitaries being held up at the Paris Opera House.
Malcolm's storyline ended there.
For devoted fans of "Agent X," Malcom's character provided significant help to the overall storyline of the show. They insist that the show should have a second season in order to reveal what really happened to Malcolm.
The most interesting "Agent X" rumor so far is the main character's storyline, especially the one involving his father. During the course of the first season, it was revealed that John Case was replacing his own father as a key member of the Agent X program.
Fans claimed the story between the "Agent X" main protagonist and his father lacked progression, and therefore the show should not be cancelled in order to set everything in order.
According to Examiner, all 10 episodes of "Agent X" that aired on TNT are currently available on Amazon Instant Video, iTunes and on demand.
