‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ DLC: Features Community Feedback, Six AR Challenges Plus A New Skin
"Batman: Arkham Knight" DLC has finally arrived on PC, while Xbox One and PS4 will receive it on Jan. 26. This brings new challenges maps and a free skin as well.
Back in October last year, "Batman: Arkham Knight" Crime Fighter Challenge Pack DLC was announced.
"There will be six new AR Challenges added to the game, and we want your help deciding which locations to use," Rockseady wrote in October, as cited by Tech Times .
"To decide which maps to feature we're looking for cool stories, fond memories, or your favourite moments from playing these areas in Batman: Arkham Asylum or Batman: Arkham City."
Ahead of the DLC's release, Warner Bros. and Rocksteady gathered players' favorite maps from "Arkham City" and "Arkham Sylum" wherein they have received over 800 feedbacks.
Reportedly, the players' responses were put together to bring the latest "Batman: Arkham Knight" DLC.
The DLC has a total of six maps including: Wayne Manor Main Hall (Batman: Arkham City), Batcave (Batman: Arkham City), Sanatorium, Medical Facility (Batman: Arkham Asylum), Crime Alley (Batman: Arkham Asylum), Iceberg Lounge (Batman Arkham Asylum) and Monarch Theatre (Batman: Arkham City).
The said six AR challenges comprises of three combat and predator maps, which is being said as an endless level, WCCFTech reported.
For the PC version, players are advised to update to the latest "Batman: Arkham Knight" patch before the downloading the January DLC, VG247 reported.
The latest patch brings support to the Crime Fighter Challenge Pac #6 DLC. The full patch notes were posted on Steam Community.
Meanwhile, for players who haven't purchased the game yet, it's now the right time to get a hold of the game as Best Buy offers the lowest price.
According to Gamespot, the Xbox One and PS4 physical copies of the game are down $15. Meanwhile players with Gamer's Club Unlocked membership at Best Buy can get the game at $12.
