Did Jamie Dornan Have Anything To Do With Dakota Johnson And Matthew Hitt’s Breakup?

Could the intense scenes in "Fifty Shades Of Grey" and its sequel have caused Dakota Johnson and Matthew Hitt's breakup?

Fashion & Style implied that the musician decided to end their on-and-off relationship after it was revealed that the sex scenes for "Fifty Shades Darker" were too intense for his liking.

Although Jamie Dornan is already married, it seems that Hitt didn't want to see his girlfriend getting kinky with the British star on screen. He reportedly wasn't at all happy about her role as the submissive Anastasia Steele.

While her former boyfriend reportedly had a huge problem with her role, Johnson didn't find her racy scenes too much for her sensibilities.

"I don't have a problem doing anything," she previously told Elle Magazine about the role. "The secret is I have no shame." 

Rumors of the co-stars possibly developing feelings for each other on set were also adamant back when the first film was released. If the second film will produce more racy scenes, then their relationship will be scrutinized further.

On the other hand, Perez Hilton claimed that it wasn't the "Fifty Shades" series per se that caused Dakota Johnson and Matthew Hitt's breakup. It reportedly had more to do with how much the film's effect to the public that changed his feelings for Melanie Griffith's daughter.

"Her life was getting too crazy and it wasn't something that he wanted to be a part of," the site further wrote.

The "How To Be Single" star recently joked about her famous character when she nearly had a wardrobe malfunction at the People's Choice Awards a couple of weeks ago.

Leslie Mann accidentally caught the zipper of her sequenced top while handing her the Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress award, nearly giving the entire audience a peek at her bossom.

"Leslie just broke my dress! Well, it's not like nobody here hasn't already seen my boobs," she joked as she held her shirt up on the stage before continuing with her acceptance speech.

Dakota Johnson was not joined by Matthew Hitt during the awards show.

Meanwhile, "Fifty Shades Darker" is set to hit cinemas in February 2017.
