'Once Upon A Time' Season 5 Spoilers: Emma, Neal Get Second Chance?
"Once Upon a Time" is slated to return this March for its 100th episode. As the date draws closer, season 5 spoilers now brew that Emma and the father of her child, Neal, might be meeting again.
According to theories, this season will see the return of Neal, who was last seen in the series' third season finale. At that time, many fans shed tears when he sacrificed his own life to bring back Rumplestiltskin. And with his death, he was sent to the Underworld.
"Once Upon a Time" co-creator Edward Kitsis previously confirmed that the latter half of season 5 will focus more on the Underworld, a place occupied by souls that have unfinished business in the mortal world. He also recently dished some juicy spoilers on what awaits Emma and Neal.
"I would think that it would be very disappointing for Emma to go down there and not have somebody talk about Neal," said Eddy Kitsis per TVLine.
The show's co-creator Adam Horowitz also revealed that the Underworld setting plays a major part in the overall plot of the series.
Another spoilers brewing is the return to "Once Upon a Time" season 5 of some of its fallen characters. Among those who is set to make a comeback is Pan, played by Robbie Kay.
Since the upcoming season of "Once Upon a Time" will take place in the Underworld, some fans are curious as to what exactly is Pan's unfinished business.
In an interview with Comic Book Resources, Kay said, "It was cool to come back into it for a little bit and see the old faces with the crew and hang out with the cast again. It was fun to get back into the shoes of that character after two years."
According to Christian Today, Pan's character is known to be mischievous and he has the ability to persuade other people to do his evil biddings. Fans believe that Pan is planning to manipulate other inhabitants of the Underworld in order to jumpstart his nefarious plot.
"Once Upon a Time" season 5 is set to return on March 6 at 8PM E.S.T on ABC.
