Comedienne Amy Schumer is blessed with a very affectionate boyfriend in the person of Ben Hanisch as the design shop founder recently posted sweet pictures of the new couple on his social media accounts.
One of the pictures uploaded was taken during the 2016 Critics' Choice Awards, where Amy Schumer tagged along her 29-year-old boyfriend.
"One more from last night because this girl looked insanely gorgeous and I'm in love with her," Ben Hannisch captioned the photo.
On the other hand, Amy Schumer has also been very vocal about her blooming love life with her Chicago resident boyfriend.
"Apparently having a boyfriend is the biggest accomplishment of the year for me," Amy Schumer joked during the Golden Globe Awards, according to ET. "I also wrote a movie I starred in. I'm really proud of that, I worked on gun violence, but yeah, someone has agreed to have sex with me."
It has been an auspicious year for Amy Schumer whose movie "Trainwreck" was a huge box office success. The film, which was directed by Judd Apatow, was written by the comedienne herself.
The movie was released in July 2015 and it eventually won her the Best Actress award at the 21st annual Critics' Choice Awards.
Meanwhile, Amy Schumer was recently criticized by several netizens when she negatively responded to a joke posted on Twitter about her. Film critic and blogger Jackson Murphy apparently posted a somewhat sexist joke at the expense of the actress.
Several minutes following the post, the comedienne responded through her official Twitter account in a negative manner, much to the surprise of her fans and social media users, according to Time.
Some users were reportedly upset about Amy Schumer's reaction to the tweet, especially since she is used to incorporate sex jokes on some of her stand-up routine as a comedienne.
