‘Heroes Reborn’ Finale Spoilers: Can Tommy And Malina Save The World? Season 2 Happening?
Questions of a second season have been raised for months now.
However, the dismal ratings seem to indicate that the revival isn't doing as well as producers expected it to. According to recent "Heroes Reborn" finale spoilers, it looks like a second season is out of the question.
Deadline recently reported that the NBC show won't be getting a second season. The network's entertainment chairman announced at the TCA of the decision, noting that having only one season was, in fact, the original plan.
"Yeah, I think that was always the plan unless (creator) Tim (Kring) woke up one day and said I have another chapter to tell," he revealed, adding that the series is coming close to "the end of the world, though."
The publication noted that "Heroes Reborn," while it debuted with a massive following thanks to its cult classic predecessor, was only a "modest rating performer." Nevertheless, this was already expected "from a serialized, sci-fi drama."
Meanwhile, other "Heroes Reborn" finale spoilers indicate that the last episode will be a "fiery" one.
According to the synopsis from KSITE TV, "Tommy (Robbie Kay) will face off with his "biggest challenge yet as Erica (Rya Khilstedt) takes drastic measures to see her plan succeed."
On the other hand, his twin sister, Malina (Danika Yarosh) will be working on saving the world just what her great-grandmother promised. However, she will need the help of Luke (Zachary Levi) and Quentin (Henry Zebrowski).
Will they be able to save the world? Thankfully, it won't be a one-man (or two-person) show. The Bennett twins will have help from the most unlikely of people.
Emily (Gatlin Green) and Ren (guest star Toru Uchikado) will join forces to search for Miko (Kiki Sukezane).
More "Heroes Reborn" finale spoilers report that Carlos (Ryan Guzman) will reportedly have to make "a life and death choice."
