Khloe Kardashian Calls Lamar Odom Her Soulmate; ‘KUWTK’ Star Recounts ‘Scary’ Time During Ex’s Coma, Recovery
Khloe Kardashian just called her ex, Lamar Odom, as her soulmate fueling speculations about the two exes getting back together.
During a guest appearance at "Good Morning America," as shared by Reveal UK, she quickly dispelled the speculation that they are getting back together.
"I do believe that we're soul mates," she said. "But right now that's not even where my head is at. I'm more from like a friend standpoint. I genuinely love him and I genuinely want him to be happy and healthy and all of that, like I would any of my family members or loved ones, so that's at a place where I'm coming from."
The "KUWTK" star has been dating James Harden for a while now. And the Houston Rockets superstar has been very supporting of Khloe Kardashian even when she had to rush to Lamar Odom's bedside when he lapsed into coma last year, and while he's still undergoing rehab and recovery.
Meanwhile, the "KUWTK" star recounted the time when the former Lakers champion lapsed into a coma and undergoing recovery.
"It was really scary," Khloe Kardashian recounted the experience. "I know when we got to the hospital in Vegas, we were told, you know, there's only a few hours to live and had to make some medical decisions and there were a lot of challenges but he's a fighter and obviously he's here now and he's out of the hospital."
In another appearance on "Live! With Kelly and Michael" to promote her new show, "Kocktails with Khloe," the 31-year-old said that she only felt relief after realizing that her ex, Lamar Odom, was going to recover from the coma.
"It was terrifying and scary," she said on the show, as reported by Life And Style Mag. "No one knew what was going to happen. And what's crazy is because he's an athlete, I really think having so many years of working out every single day - he wasn't even walking three weeks ago, and now he's walking."
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom finalized their divorce in July last year, almost two years after she announced the split. But the "KUWTK" star delayed the proceedings when her ex lapsed into coma and while the former Lakers forward is in recovery.
