"The Revenant" lead star Leonardo DiCaprio must take the Oscars trophy this time, several fans have insisted as they shared comments about the news.
Commenting on the published article by the Daily Mail, a number of fans aired their thoughts on why the 41-year-old actor must win the Academy Awards this year.
"If he doesn't win I am going to personally sue the Academy. Try me," wrote a certain PsLilyy.

Meanwhile, Lottie pointed out that "I've just watched this film and was blown away by his acting I thought his facial expressions said it all and he looked like he was in real pain. He deserves the Oscar for sure !!!"
In his interview with Andrew Marr, Leonardo DiCaprio admitted about having thought of winning an award even in the past.
"The truth of the matter is that I've been in situations before where I've thought films or performances, either mine or others, should be either nominated more adored by the public, or critics should revere it more," he explained. "But it's beyond your control."
In the meantime, the former "Titanic" star disclosed that he is no longer keen about doing another movie similar to his latest project, "which saw the star eat raw buffalo liver, climb snowy mountains and bathe in icy rivers."
Based on the report of ABC News, Leonardo DiCaprio's "The Revenant" was able to rake in 12 Oscars nominations, one of which is the Best Actor nomination for its lead actor.
The other contenders for the Best Actor category are Bryan Cranston for "Trumbo," Matt Damon for "The Martian," Michael Fassbender for "Steve Jobs" and Eddie Redmayne for "The Danish Girl."
On the other hand, The Hollywood Gossip claimed that the engagement news between Leonardo DiCaprio and Kelly Rohrbach is already out of the picture since "People" magazine hinted that the two "actually went their separate ways quite some time ago."
