Selena Gomez's Instagram Goes Viral; Singer To Star In 'Ocean's Eleven' Remake?
Selena Gomez's recent Instagram post with Brad Pitt had fans thinking they were talking about an "Ocean's Eleven" remake, where the "Good For You" singer will allegedly be playing a pivotal role alongside an all-female cast.
Selena Gomez's Instagram snap featuring Brad Pitt after the Golden Globes was really adorable! The 23-year-old, who appears on Pitt's critically-acclaimed film, "The Big Short," was apparently "geeking out" with the actor.
"It was funny because I had met him a few years ago and I was kind of telling him how I geeked out about it," the former Disney star revealed during the Biennial UNICEF Ball. "and then obviously we were talking about 'The Big Short' and how he thought it was really cool and his kids loved it."
"'The Big Short' was such an important movie, and I was happy to be a part of it," Selena Gomez said of the film, which might get an Oscar this year.
"So we were just talking about that and his kids," the "Good For You" singer added.
Following the singer's post, there have been speculations about an alleged all-female "Ocean's Eleven" remake and the "Good For You" singer is reportedly being eyed to play a role in the said reboot, thanks to his friendship with Brad Pitt.
However, when asked about the said rumor, the "Come and Get it" singer seemed genuinely surprised.
"Does he?" Gomez laughed. "This is new information for me."
"I would love that," she said of a possible reboot of the film franchise "I would be totally open to that."
To play a role in an "Ocean's Eleven" reboot isn't a far-fetched idea as far as Selena Gomez is concerned though, since Brad Pitt's children with Angelina Jolie are reportedly fans of the "Good For You" singer.
In addition, a source for Hollywood Life recently reported that the Pitt believes Gomez would be a "perfect fit for the 'Ocean's Eleven' female remake."
Since the rumor got out, Selena Gomez's Instagram page has overflowed with comments and reactions from hopeful fans.
