'Friends Reunion' Update: Lisa Kudrow Picks Sides As Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox Friendship End?
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox's friendship may purportedly be over and the planned "Friends" reunion may be in jeopardy because of the fight.
According to a report, the "Friends" co-stars purportedly fought amid Courteney Cox's breakup with her fiance, Johnny McDaid.
Apparently, Cox wanted Aniston to side with her when she split with McDaid.
However, instead of siding with the "Cougar Town" star, Aniston purportedly chose to stay neutral as she and her husband Justin Theroux have also developed a close friendship with McDaid.
"Jen said some really insensitive things," a source reportedly told Life & Style, as quoted by Hollywood Life. "She told Court she was being 'difficult' with Johnny, who had wanted to work things out. It really ticked Courteney off."
The misunderstanding seems to have left a lasting damage in their friendship. In fact, Jennifer Aniston purportedly didn't invite Courteney Cox on a ski vacation in Telluride, Colorado during the holidays.
"Jen didn't invite Courteney to Telluride on purpose," a source added. "Courteney feels incredibly betrayed by Jen. She's really hurt that her best friend hasn't been there for her."
Amid the two actress' feud, some speculate: is their other "Friends" co-actress Lisa Kudrow is siding with either of them?
It doesn't seem so. In fact, Lisa Kudrow seems to be focused on the planned "Friends" reunion as she and Matt LeBlanc recently granted an interview about their epic sitcom.
When asked when they last got together as a group, LeBlanc said they celebrated Cox's birthday.
"All six of us had dinner recently for Courteney Cox's birthday," Matt LeBlanc told Entertainment Weekly. "We had so much fun. It felt like no time had passed, but it'd been almost 12 years."
"Like Matt says, if you're trapped in a building with five other people for 10 years, when they finally let you out, you scatter!" Lisa Kudrow added.
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox's friendship dates back to when "Friends" first aired back in 1994.
