HTC One M10 Release Date Happening In March? What To Expect In The New Upcoming Device

With HTC's trend of releasing new devices and updates during the months of March and April, it's speculated that the new HTC One M10 release date is going to happen within this period.

Without announcing the exact release date, HTC is reportedly facing a stiff competition from the growing market of smartphones primarily from the Korean mobile manufacturer, Samsung.

HTC One M10 is expected to compete with Samsung's upcoming flagship, Galaxy S7.

Moreover, HTC might also be contemplating in dropping the name HTC One from its new handset.  Expert Views UK reported that the new flagship may now be renamed to HTC M10 instead.

So far HTC has used Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets in its earlier devices and the new HTC One M10 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 820, which has been manufactured using the power efficient 14nm process to enhance the battery life considerably.

The new chipset also features an all-new Adreno 530 GPU, which is a faster modem chip for speedier camera processing and quick mobile connections that come with reduced noise infiltration.

Apart from the enhanced internal chipsets, the new HTC One M10 is expected to come with a bigger AMOLED display screen with 2k or 4K display resolution for clearer and vivid images. It may also feature dual-SIM support with a 27-megapixel camera, wireless charging feature and a longer battery life, Tech Radar stated.

The new HTC One M10 release date is yet to be confirmed and industry sources also speculate that the launch may not happen at all as HTC is focussing on its virtual reality gadgets and devices to be launched in this year, TheBitBag.com reported.

The new HTC One M10 is expected to be priced around $650 to $800 depending on its storage capacity.
