Norman Reedus Andrew Lincoln Bromance In 'The Walking Dead' Season 6: Will There Be Butt-Grabbing?
Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln's bromance for a photospread of Entertainment Weekly last year has much been talked about by fans of "The Walking Dead."
The bromance photo, which came out in July last year, was a comic moment for the stars of a heavily gruesome whow.
Entertainment Weekly's picture editor Michele Romero previously dished out on how the bromance photo was orchestrated during the photo shoot.
"EW was photographing Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, and Norman Reedus outside the former prison yard from season 3 and 4 of The Walking Dead," Romero recounted, as previously quoted by the magazine.
"Lincoln and Reedus were behind McBride and Lincoln started laughing and was unable to maintain any actor composure in front of photographer Dan Winters' camera," the picture editor added.
"Lincoln NEVER breaks character and always maintains his American accent, even on a photo shoot. So this giggle fest was so strange to witness. Lincoln yelled for Reedus to stop and Reedus shouted, 'Why? No one's gonna see this!'"
Norman Reedus' naughty joke on Andrew Lincoln turned into a series of photo shots that cracked up not just the people on set, but also "The Walking Dead" fans who later saw the published picture.
"They turned the photo around from the back and they grab each other's butts," EW executive editor-at-large Dalton Ross told Entertainment Tonight. "It really is a cool shot, because those guys are such friends on set."
Though it doesn't seem that Lincoln and Reedus' relationship in the photo shoot last July would translate to a bromance between their characters, Rick and Daryl, there's purportedly a lot to anticipate on the brand new episodes of "The Walking Dead."
Loathsome villain Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, will be part of the upcoming episodes.
"I think the challenge for me in this role is going to be, is there any heart in Negan?" Morgan said, as quoted by E! News. "For me I look at that as a challenge as an actor, and that's the kind of thing that I embrace and really look forward to."
With or without Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln's bromance, "The Walking Dead" fans will surely be tuning in when it returns on February 14 on AMC.
