Jimmy Fallon's 'The Tonight Show' In Los Angeles To Up Ratings Amid Divorce Rumors

Many fans are excited over "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" telecast from Universal Studios in Los Angeles in February.

The program's February week is reportedly star-studded, with Will Ferrell, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Zach Galifianakis scheduled to guest.

"Fallon's first trip to the West Coast last year (Feb. 2-5), dominated the competition and brought, at the time, the NBC late night show its top-rated week in nearly eight months in adults 18-49 and 4.185 million total viewers," Deadline.com reported.

"The L.A. visit also set online records at the time, with The Tonight Show YouTube channel hitting almost 33 million views for the clip that brought the Saved by the Bell cast back together."

Is the Los Angeles run of "The Tonight Show" an attempt to bring Jimmy Fallon's popularity up a few notches? Did rumors about Jimmy Fallon and his purported alleged looming divorce with his wife make him unpopular with fans?

It doesn't seem so, especially since the ratings of "The Tonight Show" remained high late last year amid rumors that he and his wife are having marriage issues.

Jimmy Fallon's reported relationship problems with his wife as well as his purported drinking problem was much talked about when the talk show host had an injury last year after falling and purportedly dropping a bottle of liquor.

"It's the party guy's third injury in four months, and sources say NBC is worried that Fallon's drinking has become excessive," New York Post reported in November last year.

"And while they're not doing anything about it - yet - 'it's gone from being a whispher to a chatter,' says one industry insider of Fallon's over-the-top behavior."

Jimmy Fallon married his wife Nancy Juvonen in 2007, long before he became the host of "The Tonight Show" in 2014.
