For a few days now, Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers have been warding off the rumors that they are engaged? The celebrity couple were rumored to have taken their relationship to next level through an engagement ring.

However, the "X-Men: Apocalypse" star dismissed the rumors in the most hilarious way.

The rumors about Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers being engaged apparently reached the "X-Men: Apocalypse" star's mom, too. Of course, her mother contacted her to find out if the rumors are true.

The actress advised her against believing everything she reads on the Internet and if Olivia Munn is going to be engaged to Aaron Rodgers, her mother will be the "8^th person to know."

Her Instagram post's caption reads:

"Answering yes or no to personal questions can be tricky because if you say "No" it means whenever you say "No comment" that kind of becomes your default "Yes". But since I'm doing press for the next few days, I didn't want to have to answer the same question over and over. Looks like her mom is OK with being "8^th or 9th" because instead of asking to be the first, she asked her daughter to send a message from her to Kelly and Michael where Olivia Munn is scheduled to appear.

"I see you going to be on Kelly and Michael show," the screencap reads. "Tell her I love her. She so delicate, work out a lot I think. And Colberto, too! Oh man, you see everyone I love."

The rumor about Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers being engaged first surfaced on Jan. 12. The actress and the Green Bay Packers quarterback have been together since 2014.

"The Newsroom" alum is currently busy with her acting gigs right now as she is set to star in "Ride Along 2" together with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube. She is also seen in "Zoolander No. 2" but her biggest gig is "X-Men Apocalypse" where she plays Psylocke. The film will be released on May 27.
