The couple, who has been in a relationship for five years now, appeared at the 73rd Golden Globe Award held at the Hilton in Beverly Hills, where the former Victoria's Secret angel donned her diamond ring.
The 28-year-old British supermodel's spokesperson confirmed to The Daily Mail that she is now engaged with the "The Expendables" actor.
The Paige Denim brand ambassador looked stunning as she paired her engagement ring with a gold couture gown designed by Atelier Versace which also featured sequin embellishments.
The "Crank" star's now fiance also opted to let her blond lob styled in curls while she walked down the red carpet with him, while he looked effortlessly dapper in his smart suit.
The Marks & Spencer lingerie designer and model even took to her Instagram account to share their couple photo at the Golden Globe Awards.
She left the photo with a heart emoticon, while fans were quick to see the engagement ring her finger.
"There is a ring in her hand!" one follower said.

Prior to news reports that Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are engaged, the two were spotted in Phuket, Thailand for the holidays.
The Burberry model and the "Furious 7" actor were seen getting cosy by the pristine island of the known travel getaway while exposing their beach bodies in swim wears.
Back in April 2015, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley had previously talked about getting engaged with Jason Statham and having kids with him.
