'Norgami Arato' Season 3: Release Date Possible On Late 2016 Or Early 2017
It has been almost three weeks since "Noragami Aragoto" season 2 ended. The last episode aired on December 25 was entitled "The God of Fortune's Message;" since then, there are no official update as to when will the series return with season 3.
The wide fanbase of the series believed that BONES studios is on its way for its another season of "Noragami Aragoto" since the manga series, of which the anime is based, is still continuing its editions.
In spite of any indications, the studio seems to have a tradition of holding of the release date details for its shows until a couple weeks before they officially air.
As stated in a report by IB Times, the last episode shows how the stray god, Yato, made Yukine his Shinki rather than choosing Nora. He revealed his true identity as a God to the katana by owning him as his Regalia. The previous episode also revealed Nora's sweet side. Although we don't disregard the fact that Yato might change Nora into a villain, he has still made the right choice though.
At the same time, we also realized that it was Yato's "father" who stole a kiss from Hiyori in an earlier episode. Although "father" might have appeared in the "Noragami Aragoto" season 2 finale, nothing was revealed yet. Baased on the manga, that he was the ultimate reason why Yato was made.
Fujisaka, also known as "father," has longed for Yato to be a god of calamity. He was characterized to be sadistic, always tormenting Yato physically and psychologically. Thus, that could be the main reason why Fujisaki kissed Hiyori for he knows that Yato has a special relationship with Hiyori.
According to a previous report by When-Will, the manga-based anime is still being released and "it's very possible that the studios will not stop at 12 episodes." The site added that, if in any case the continuation will push through, it might air in the winter of 2017.
Fujisaki's character on "Noragami Aragoto" might add chills for the upcoming season 3. For now, we have to wait until late 2016 or early 2017 air date for a new season of the manga-based anime series.
