Sofia Vergara's Ex Nick Loeb Strengthens Frozen Embryo Case Against 'Modern Family' Star!

Sofia Vergara's custody battle case over her two frozen embryos versus her ex-fiance, Nick Loeb, owner of Onion Crunch, is far from over.

While Vergara was off to her Turks and Caicos honeymoon with new husband, Joe Manganiello, her ex-fiance found a group that supports his claim over two female eggs that he and the "Modern Family" star had cryopreserved while they were still together.

According to Page Six, Chicago-based group, Thomas More Society, offered to help Nick Loeb in his court battle over the said frozen embryos versus Sofia Vergara.

"The society, a nonprofit law firm, is seeking to defend the embryos," Page Six reported. "It asked to file an amicus brief in LA on behalf of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the National Catholic Bioethics Center."

Nick Loeb filed the custody case against Sofia Vergara back in April, arguing that he is the "father" of the frozen embryos.

"It has nothing to do with whether it's her baby or a baby," Loeb said in a previous interview, adding that he had offered the actress to waive all financial responsibilities. "Lives were already created. I wouldn't toss them aside."

"I want these children to have the best lives possible," he added. "There's nothing more that I want to do than bring these children to life."

Meanwhile, Sofia Vergara believes Nick Loeb is using the frozen embryos issue for an ulterior motive.

"I don't like promoting my private life," the "Modern Family" actress said in a separate interview. "And I don't want to allow this person to take more advantage of my career and try to promote himself and get press for this."

According to Latina.com, the court battle between Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb over the frozen embyos will continue until late January.
