The Spice Girls reunion tour this 2016 is already being planned. According to a report from Express UK, group member Mel B is trying to convince her former bandmate, Victoria Beckham, to join the highly anticipated concert series.

Known as Melanie Brown in real life, "Scary Spice" talked to Alan Carr that people are already working out details of the series of events.

"I think I'm the one putting all the rumors out there," she started. "To be serious, it is our twentieth anniversary this year and it would be rude not to celebrate."

"Hopefully something will be happening pretty soon," she added.

When asked for more details about the show, Mel B refused to be more specific.

"I can't tell you what it is yet!" she responded.

Mel B's statement about how it would be "rude" to not celebrate the Spice Girls' 20th anniversary this 2016 seemed to hint at Victoria Beckham's refusal to participate in the reunion tour, according to fans.

"Sporty Spice" Melanie Chisholm previously explained to The Sun that the former singer turned fashion entrepreneur is more focused on her businesses. The wife of football star David Beckham is also known for being hands-on in raising her four children.

"Victoria has said she doesn't want to perform again, which is understandable," Mel C said. "She fully supports the four of us because we might want to have another go. It's very amicable."

However, Mel C admitted in a new interview with The Sun that she is also thinking of backing out of the concert series.

The "Asia's Got Talent" judge pointed out that if Victoria Beckham would not be part of the Spice Girls tour in 2016, then the reunion would not be as perfect. "Mel believes the band has to be the original five-piece and Victoria needs to be involved," an insider revealed. "This means good management, good tour promoters and good sponsorship to maximize revenue."
