Mr. Robot: Season One Coming To Blu-Ray and DVD on January 12, 2016; Production On ‘Mr. Robot’ Is Officially Underway For Season

'Mr. Robot' TV Series Season 2 Cast: "Mr. Robot" Season 2 will return to USA Network either late June or July 2016. Production on "Mr. Robot" is officially underway for season two. "Mr. Robot debuted on USA this summer starring Rami Malek's meek IT wizard Elliot Alderson, a hacker with a psychologically troubled mind and multiple personalities.

"We are really happy that people are seeing the same things that we see in a show that we love so much," USA Network President Chris McCumber told Variety.

"The competition is so intense - there's so many great shows deserving recognition and of people's time. It's very hard to break through."

Mr Robot fans are eagerly awaiting the airing of the second season already. Mr. Robot season 1 ended on a dramatic note that sent fans in a frenzy. The show has a large following and is turning the hacker culture it into something mainstream.

Hailed as one of the year's best new series, USA Network's hit drama from Universal Cable Productions, Mr. Robot has viewers and critics buzzing with excitement. Earning a 98% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the series has been repeatedly applauded for its "phenomenal" acting and "slick" writing (Nate Scott, USA Today).

Mr. Robot: Season One Is coming to Blu-ray and DVD January 12, 2015 from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and fans of this highly addictive series can feel secure knowing they can watch all 10 season one episodes on disc without the fear of losing their collections to hard drive crashes, cloud outages or identity theft.

Cyber security engineer by day and vigilante hacker by night, Elliot (Rami Malek, The Pacific) finds himself at a crossroads when the mysterious leader of an underground hacker group (Christian Slater, Nymphomaniac) recruits him to destroy the firm he's paid to protect.  Compelled by his personal beliefs, Elliot struggles to resist the chance to take down the multinational CEOs he believes are running (and ruining) the world. MR. ROBOT also stars Carly Chaikin (Suburgatory), Portia Doubleday (Her) and Martin Wallström (Simple Simon).

Mr. Robot Won over audiences at this year's South By Southwest Festival in March, winning the coveted audience award in the Episodics category.  The series was also named an official selection of the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival in April and nominated for IFP's Gotham Awards new 'Breakthrough Series' category in October.
