BLACKPINK's appearance and performance in the recent Coachella music festival was well loved by many who watched in the venue and through the online streaming. Their performance rocked the live audience of 125,000 and 250 million online viewers.

In a report by Visibrain, BLACKPINK was mentioned in 78.1% of the overall social media posts related to Coachella, making it a total of 9,674,274 posts.

This was not just a significant moment for BLACKPINK, but also for South Korea overall, cementing the group's status as the most influential and popular acts of the K-pop industry to date.

BLACKPINK is a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment in 2016. The group consists of four members: Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa.

The group debuted on August 8, 2016, with their single album "Square One," which included the hit songs "Whistle" and "Boombayah." Since then, they have released several successful albums and singles, including "Kill This Love," "How You Like That," and "Lovesick Girls."

They are known for their powerful and catchy songs, fierce choreography, and stylish fashion sense.
