In the video call event, a Girls' Generation fan went on to ask Taeyeon if the members of SNSD would be finally releasing a complete comeback together for the SM Entertainment K-pop girl group's 15th-anniversary comeback this 2022.
The Girls' Generation fan asked, "This year is SOSHI's 15th anniversary, right? Could we possibly be able to see a SOSHI comeback this year?"

Notably, SOSHI is what fans call Girls' Generation, and after hearing the question Taeyeon then went on to answer without giving away too much information. When asked whether or not SNSD would have a 2022 comeback, Taeyeon responded, "Maybe? I think that's possible!"
After this, the Girls' Generation fan then excitedly said that they are looking forward to it, something that fans of the K-pop girl group are all thinking. After this, Girls' Generation fans went on Twitter to express their excitement regarding the possibility of a comeback.
Some netizens and K-pop fans were not convinced though as a Girls' Generation comeback has been hinted at for a long time now. Regardless, SONEs are hopeful that this year might be the year SNSD makes their return.
