MAMAMOO’s Moonbyul Spills The Tea On Rebellious Phase, Growth As An Idol, & More!

MAMAMOO's Moonbyul was recently featured by Singles magazine in an interview and photoshoot!

MAMAMOO's Moonbyul started hosting "Studio Moon Night," and she shared that she was originally very shy around new people, but now her social skills have improved, and she's able to chat freely even with people she has never seen before.

On her hosting skills, MAMAMOO's Moonbyul explained that it turned into an undiscovered talent that she did not know about, but she was also able to improve thanks to the Spartan-style training method of hosting a show three times a week.

MAMAMOO's Moonbyul also talked about her personal approach to the show, as she noted that from the point of view of the artists who appear on the show, "Studio Moon Night" is just another one of the many activities in their schedule.

"I hope [he guests enjoy themselves on the show without feeling exhausted, and I hope they feel healed as a bonus. I want the guests to remember 'Studio Moon Night' as a program that they want to appear on again in the future," MAMAMOO's Moonbyul noted.

Additionally, MAMAMOO's Moonbyul revealed that it's hard to pick her favorite guest, but when groups came on the show, there were lots of times when she got emotional during the ending segments of her show, as artists gave each other sweet messages.

Furthermore, MAMAMOO's Moonbyul noted the difficulties she faced in the beginning when she debuted with MAMAMOO.

For MAMAMOO's Moonbyul, she expressed, "It's hard to show yourself completely within a group, within a situation that clearly defines what you can and can't do. There was a time when I was excessively worried and a time when I felt rebellious. I think I needed that time to create the me of today. Because of that time, I was able to become someone with solid interpersonal relationships and a sturdy career."

Notably, MAMAMOO's Moonbyul has been active for 8 years, and due to this, she learned that if you save something for later, you end up wasting it. Moonbyul notes that if she keeps worrying and hesitating, her heart shrinks, and she becomes less giving in terms of my feelings.
