Min, Former Miss A Member, To Make Highly Anticipated Solo Comeback After 13 Years!
Miss A, an iconic K-pop group under JYP Entertainment, left their mark as one of the most popular 2nd generation K-pop girl groups of their time.
Unfortunately, Miss A disbanded on the 26th of December, 2017. The members then parted ways with JYP Entertainment, slowly beginning their solo careers.
Just recently, Say As (the fandom name of Miss A), was given a wonderful treat as a former Miss A member will be making her triumphant return after 13 years!
On the 5th of November, Min, a former Miss A member, had her label K-Tigers E&C announce that she will finally be making her highly anticipated return as a solo artist with a new track entitled "ONION" in their official social media accounts.
Following the reports, Min also shared the news on her personal social media account which made her personal fans excited as this will be her first comeback since Miss A's disbandment.
Furthermore, this is also Min's first solo track since "Boyfriend," which was dropped 13 years ago in 2008.
In the newly uploaded teaser video, Min revealed her mature yet bubbly side in a detailed and colorful background, while the word 'onion' is being spelled out nonstop in the teaser clip.
Furthermore, as per the title of the teaser video, Min's "ONION" will also have a featured artist. But it seems that fans will only be able to find out who the artist is on the day of the music video's release which has brought a lot more excitement.
Notably, Min is getting a lot of attention for the concept of her solo track, which is a lot different from the concept she previously revealed while promoting as a member of Miss A, who had a more mature and girl crush image which was intended by JYP Entertainment.
To add to this, Min's "ONION" will be about the K-pop artists showing a new image that has not yet been revealed to the public, shedding multiple layers, like an onion.
Min's "ONION" is slated to drop on various music sites on the 8th of November at 6 pm KST!
