During the early days of HYBE's TXT, the K-pop boy group was already popular as they were often referred to as the junior group of the most popular music group in the world, BTS. Although the attention was good, how has TXT handled the pressure of being labelmates with BTS?

As of writing this article, two days ago on the 17th of August, TXT held an online showcase for the K-pop boy group's latest album entitled "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" and they revealed a lot of things.

In the showcase, the members of TXT were asked if they felt the pressure of being in the same management agency as BTS.

"BTS' success motivates us a lot. We are always happy to hear good news about BTS around the world. It's incredible to have such a great group as our label sunbae," TXT's Yeonjun naturally responded.

TXT's Yeonjun went on to add that it would be a lie to say that TXT has not felt any pressure. But as per the TXT member, they are definitely going to be more strict with themselves in order to fight the pressure.

Yeonjun added that he and the other members of TXT felt a lot of pressure about the eyes that everyone has on them as if their good progress in the industry was all due to the agency's brand value and not because of TXT's talent.

"While it's true that we were trained under our agency which acted like a strong fence around us, we're constantly trying our best to break out of this idea that many have," Yeonjun admitted.

But as per Yeonjun, although it may take a while to break the stigma around them, TXT believes that they will be able to prove themselves to everyone with their music and performance.

"We will slowly fight against the prejudice. We'll get there one day," TXT's Yeonjun proudly admitted.
