As of writing this article, yesterday on the 16th of August, SM Entertainment's Red Velvet made their highly-awaited and most-anticipated album "Queendom." With this came the release of their most recent MV with the title track of the same name alongside the other 5 tracks.

On the same day of the release of "Queendom," Red Velvet went on to hold an online fan meeting entitled "inteRView vol.7 : Queendom" on Naver V LIVE's Beyond LIVE channel. The girls had fun with their fans which are fitting since they have been severely missed for almost 2 years.

Not long after Red Velvet made their comeback, the K-pop girl group has already gone viral on global music charts and ReVeluvs (the fandom name of Red Velvet) could not have been happier of the results!

Not long after releasing "Queendom," Red Velvet has already gone on to top the iTunes' "Top Albums charts" in 50 countries from all over the world! A few of the 50 regions comprise the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Singapore, Cambodia, Egypt.

Not stopping there, Red Velvet's new album, "Queendom," went on to rank as the number 1 on the digital album sales charts for China's very own KuGou Music and QQ Music. Aside from the album, the title track of the same name has always made waves!

The title song for "Queendom," coming from the same name, went on to also place #1 on a plethora of music streaming sites. Among them are Genie, Bugs, Vibe, and Momople. The other 5 songs also went on to chart high.

SM Entertainment's Red Velvet has been missed so much by netizens and ReVeluvs so it was expected that "Queendom" will be an instant hit!

Congratulations to Red Velvet on the success of their latest album, "Queendom"!
