SISTAR

One of the most well-known K-pop girl groups back in the day, SISTAR consists of 4 members. The four members being Hyorin, Bora, Soyou, and Dasom. The K-pop girl group debuted on the 3rd of June, 2010, under Starship Entertainment

Unfortunately, after being active for almost 7 years, SISTAR fell to the seven-year curse in K-pop as on the 23rd of May, 2017, it was announced and confirmed that the K-pop girl group disbanded. This was due to the fact that the members wanted to focus on their solo careers.

Although disbanded, Starship Entertainment's SISTAR still lives on in the hearts of netizens and fans. But recently, as per recent reports, it may seem that one half of sistar may be running it back for a brand new song!

As of writing this article, yesterday on the 2nd of August, content lab VIVO went on to announce that former SISTAR members, Hyolyn and Dasom, are going to be the artists of the month for August for their year-long project called "How to Have a Good 2021."

Hyolyn and Dasom will be dropping a new collaboration song virtually on the 10th of August and the two of them will be donating all the money they earn from the musical release to the needy who are currently going through hard times due to COVID-19.

No specific details have been released regarding Hyolyn and Dasom's upcoming new song, but an amazing teaser by VIVO for the coming song is currently nodding towards a summer feel.

In July, JYP Entertainment's ITZY and Second Aunt Kim Da Vi, a character by Kim Shin Young, collaborated on a new song as the "How to Have a Good 2021" project July artists of the month.

Stay tuned for more details regarding Hyolyn and Dasom's upcoming song collaboration!
